AFL Round 11 Results 2016

AFL Round 11 Results Fortuna Rules!

AFL Round 11 Results Fortuna rocks

I bet you wished you took Fortuna’s advice in last weeks tips because her AFL Round 11 results absolutely rocked. Yep, last week Fortuna said she was hoping to do better in her AFL round 11 tips and so she did. As you can see in the image above Fortuna’s AFL round 11 results was a perfect 9 out of 9. That brings her running total to 72 for the year. Way to go Fortuna!

Luckily for me I followed her tips to a tee and that scored me two winning bets last week. You can see my bets in last weeks Round 11 AFL Footy Tips 2016. My biggest winner was my Sportsbet MultiBet! That winning $10 bet returned $55.34 which I am really happy with.

Then there was the $1 I placed after entering last weeks Million Dollar Tipping Competition. Even though Sportsbet’s Million Dollar Tipping competition is absolutely free to all members I always place a dollar wager.I figure, what the heck, it’s only a dollar and it also helps me to keep track of my tips for that week by quickly checking the tips via my Sportsbet app.

As it turns out because of Fortuna’s fabulous AFL round 11 results that dollar wager returned $18.31 bringing my total to winnings to $73.65. Not too shabby for a $11 outlay!

Why Gambling Responsibly Is Important

There are some out there who are probably thinking to themselves that I could have won so much more money if my wagers were a lot bigger. While that is true it’s also true that it would have been just as easy for those bets to go sour. When I first started this blog one of the first posts I did was about gambling responsibly.

Gambling responsibly not only protects my assets and my family, it also protects my sports betting bankroll. Otherwise, at the very least, I would have blown my sports betting bankroll and at the worst it could cost me my family and self respect.

Over to you, how did you go with your AFL round 11 results?

Fortuna’s AFL Round 10 Results

Fortuna AFL Round 10 resultsAs AFL’s round 10 comes to a close we’re left with an ecstatic Fortuna because she’s over the moon about her AFL Round 10 Results. Yep, 7/9 is one of her better results and brings her total to 63 for the season.

As she predicted the Swans handed the Roos their first loss of the season. Same goes for the Lions and Hawks game at the Gabba.

Unfortunately she lucked out with the Power vs Demons game though. I certainly didn’t think the Power had it in them to win that game. But then again that sort of shit happens all the time in the AFL. You just never, ever know when the underdog gets to win a game.

Speaking of underdogs, what the hell happened to the Cats? I’m sure most punters would agree the Blues had less of a chance of beating the Cats as Power had of beating Melbourne.

For me there were two highlights to the AFL Round 10 Results. The first was the Doggies win agains the Pies! I have to admit they had me going most of that game. Luckily they got their act together and managed to put the Pies out of their misery. Gp the Doggies! Of course that match was important to me because I had money on it. Naturally you’d know that if you read my AFL Footy Tips Round 10 2016 post.

The other and more important highlight of the AFL Round 10 Results was the Crows win and what could be Eddie Bests back to back Goal Of The Year, GOTY!

Eddie Betts Goal Of The Year Contender

Eddies play on that footy was simply magical. Not only did he miraculously keep the footy in he weaved around the Giants players and snapped a 40 metre Goal Of The Year Contender. And did the fans love it or what? The roar from the Crows fans probably helped to boost the Crows to a 22 point win.

Now all I need is for Fortuna to improve on her efforts so I have a great shot at this weeks $20,000 jackpot round in Sportsbet’s Million Dollar Tipping Competition.

AFL Round 9 Results 2016

Fortuna’s AFL Round 9 Results 2016

AFL Round 9 Results 2016

Fortuna’s AFL Round 9 Results 2016 wasn’t all that bad. I’m pretty happy with getting 6 out of 9 right. Especially considering some of the upsets! But that’s what makes the AFL so interesting and why you should never bet more than you can afford to lose.

Probably the biggest upset of AFL Round 9 Results 2016 would have to be the Collingwood vs Geelong game. Stirling Coates of The Roar reckons its one of the biggest upsets of the year and I tend to agree with him. It was an absolute shocker. Geelong was never in the game losing every quarter. Even if they did win a quarter I still wouldn’t have gotten my cash back, because of Sportsbet cash back deal, because I got the Fremantle vs Richmond game wrong as well.

Of course the highlight of the AFL Round 9 Results was that the Crows won and Port Adelaide lost. I don’t want to gloat too much though because that puts us only one game above our nemesis and things can change at any moment.

The Crows win at Metricon means they have yet to lose a game at the Metricon Stadium. Too bad they didn’t play Geelong there last week.  :tongue_out: The Age say that the Crows were the team to beat and that they are a September contender but I reckon the only reason they shone so much was because the Suns were lacking so much lustre.

The Crows will definitely have to lift their game if they expect to win some of the harder teams. I know they can do it because they done it before. The Crows will be playing GWS Giants this week and they’re not going to be a pushover. The Crows will have to concentrate on their disposal of the ball, need less turnovers, man up on their players and improve on their kicking accuracy if they expect to win this week.
