2018 AFLW Round 4 Results

As far as the 2018 AFLW Round 4 Results, at least it was better than the 2018 AFLW Round 3 Results.

2018 AFLW Round 4 Results Still Not Perfect

2018 AFLW Round 4 Results

As you can see, I still haven’t got the perfect result, but what pissed me off is my William Hill sports bet! I went in to cash out my multi-bet only to find the cash-out option didn’t exist. WTF!  :pull_hair: Oh well, at least I know not to use William Hill for future multi-bets.

2018 AFLW Round 4 Scores

  • Western Bulldogs 12.14 86 – Carlton 2.1 13
  • Brisbane 3.4 22 – Fremantle 2.3 15
  • Melbourne 3.6 24– Collingwood 9.4 58
  • GWS Giants 2.7 19 – Adelaide Crows 2.7 19

For me, two games stood out above the rest. The first one was the Western Bulldogs vs Carlton game. While I expected the Doggies to win that game I didn’t expect them to do it in such a spectacular fashion. Not to put a downer on what was brilliant game as far as the doggies were concerned one has to wonder if Carlton even bothered to show up for the game. Perhaps if they decided to attack instead of playing such a defensive game, their scoring shots wouldn’t be so demoralizing!

The other game of note has to be the Melbourne vs Collingwood game. This game should have been all Melbourne, being premiership favourites and all, but it just goes to show how unpredictable these games are. The unpredictability of sports betting is why I’m always pushing responsible gambling.

So, why did Collingwood win that particular game? Was it because Melbourne was too complacent and Collingwood’s considerable was enough to turn the tide. If true then let that be a lesson to both leagues, male and female, that they should always approach all games with all guns blazing!

You may notice that I called the Crows vs Giants game a win even though it was a draw. I figured if the online sports betting sites were happy with that call then who am I to argue?

2018 AFLW Round 3 Results Sucks

I hate to say this, but the 2018 AFLW Round 3 Results sucks big time!

2018 AFLW Round 3 Results

The only positive being that the Adelaide Crows actually won a game. So, what got the Crows over the line in the 2018 AFLW round 3 results? Why Erin Philips of course! Erin was obviously the game-changing player, with her four goals getting Adelaide over the line.

Had I picked the Crows I would have had two winning games under my belt, and who knows I may have taken the opportunity to cash out. Still, I reckon I will never know whether or not I would have had the balls to cash out that early.

Anyway, let’s have a look at the scores to see how the 2018 AFLW Round 3 Results pans out.

  • Adelaide Crows 6.5 41 – Western Bulldogs 5.4 34
  • Carlton 2.6 18 – Brisbane 6.4 40
  • Collingwood 5.5 35 – GWS Giants 7.6 48
  • Fremantle 6.0 36 – Melbourne 4.7 31

On the plus side, as much as I hate losing, at least I only lost two bucks!

I’ve still to get the perfect result in my 2018 AFLW tipping, and I reckon it will be a sheer arse if I did happen to get that perfect score! On the plus side, a perfect score would net me a sizeable cash inflow, especially considering I plan to continue doing multi-bets during the 2018 AFLW season.

So far this season, William Hill has offered the best odds on AFLW. I reckon that Sportsbet and Ladbrokes had better pull their finger out if they want a chance at getting their hands on my sports betting cash.

Crows winning last weeks proves two things. The first being that just because you’ve got a flawless run, Western Bulldogs not losing a game so far this season doesn’t mean that their winning streak will continue. The other being that one just can’t rely on the perfect sports bet. Which is why I continue to flog the idea of responsible gambling when it comes to sports betting.

2018 AFLW Round 2 Results

2018 AFLW Round 2 Results Nosedives

2018 AFLW Round 2 ResultsI’m a little disappointed in the 2018 AFLW Round 2 Results. I was hoping for an improvement, a perfect score no less, :tongue_out: but as I said in last weeks post, I wasn’t overly confident, which is why I only put two bucks on a multi-bet. I was hoping to get at least the first two or three right, so I could cash out and make a little money.

William Hill was my online sports betting site of choice last week because they had the best odds. Unfortunately, I got the first one wrong. I expected the Crows to lose, and I was right on that count. Oh, well, I can’t complain as two bucks in the scheme of things is a pretty small wager to lost. It’s like I always say if you’re going to do the sports betting thing you have to gamble responsibly!
