AFL Finals Week One Footy Tips

So, the AFL Finals are finally upon us. There are only eight teams left and footy being what it is almost anything can happen. As always before I get into the AFL Finals Week One footy tips and for the benefit of those who have yet to experience the joy of online sports betting I’m going to post my top three online sports betting sites.

  1. Bet365 because of their unique sliding scale feature for cashing out is always a possibility. The sliding cash out feature allows you to choose how much you want to cash out which is great when you’re not sure whether or not you want to cash out at all.
  2. Sportsbet also has a cash out feature but what I love best about them is their Million Dollar Tipping competition which is free to join. This post shows how you can actually win as long as you get the closest margin!
  3. William Hill, well they’re William Hill, one of the most renowned online sports betting sites. I’m just hanging out for the day they introduce a cash out feature.

Those who know me know that I do more than just promote these online sports betting sites. I actually use them and post proof of my weekly online bets so everyone can see I do more than just talk about the best sports betting sites.

OK, now let’s check out Fortuna’s AFL Finals week one footy tips.

Fortuna’s AFL Finals Week One Footy Tips

AFL Finals Week One Footy Tips

  • West Coast vs Hawthorn
  • Fremantle vs Sydney
  • Western Bulldogs vs Adelaide
  • Richmond vs Nth Melbourne

You know, I think that Fortuna has a soft spot for the Adelaide Crows because at times she tips them even though most punters would bet against them. She doesn’t always get it right but it does pay better when she does get it right.

Being the final and all I’m not sure I’ll use her AFL Finals week one footy tips for a multi-bet. Before I make up my mind though I’m going to need to check the odds from those sports betting site I’ve listed above.

Finals being what they are I’m not placing my usual multi-bet this week. Instead I’m placing a $10 bet on the Adelaide Crows. Even though William Hill has the best odds I’m going with Sportsbet. The reason for that is so I can take advantage of Sportsbet special offerSportsbet special offer

Sportsbet’s special deal means that even if the Crows lose I can still get my money back as long as the Crows lead in any of the four quarters. Shit, I’m hoping the Crows win so I’m pretty sure they’ll be leading at least in one of the breaks. You can see my bet here.

Even though their Million Dollar Tipping competition is over for 2015 I’m still placing a $1 multi-bet with Sportsbet. Yeah I know I said I wasn’t going to do a multi-bet but it’s only a dollar and I love that even such a small bet will improve the enjoyment factor for the whole finals!

Round 23 AFL Footy Tips

Before checking out Fortuna’s round 23 AFL footy tips I thought I show you my favourite three online sports betting sites.

  1. Bet365 because of their unique sliding scale feature for cashing out is always a possibility. The sliding cash out feature allows you to choose how much you want to cash out which is great when you’re not sure whether or not you want to cash out at all.

Fortuna’s Round 23 AFL Footy Tips

Round 23 AFL Footy Tips

It’s the last round before the finals. Fremantle has decided to rest up to 11 players in their game against Port Adelaide. Upsets in round 22 only proves how it anybody’s game the closer we get to the finals. I had my first multi-bet loss in three rounds but I don’t really care because I’m pretty stoked that the Crows beat West Coast!  :drunk:

OK, I think it’s time we have a look at Fortuna’s round 23 AFL footy tips. Let’s hope she’ll do better than last weeks round where she got 6 out of the 9 tips right.

  • Richmond vs Nth. Melbourne
  • Geelong vs Adelaide Crows
  • Brisbane vs Western Bulldogs
  • Port Adelaide vs Fremantle
  • Hawthorn vs Carlton
  • Sydney vs Gold Coast
  • West Coast vs St. Kilda
  • Melbourne vs GWS Giants
  • Collingwood vs Essendon

Before trying to work out my Multi-Bet and who’s going to be the lucky online sports betting site I always like to look at the odds they’re offering before placing a bet.

As always I asked Fortuna for her ‘too close to call’ as I usually try to stay away from betting on these games. In her round 23 AFL footy tips Fortuna reckons I should stay away from the Richmond vs Nth. Melbourne and the Melbourne vs GWS Giants games.

Once again I’ve decided to go with Bet365 for my triple multi-bet for seven bucks. That left me $3 to bet. normally I place a dollar on each of the teams in the multi-bet but this time I wanted to try something different. This time I put a dollar on the three teams with the best odds. That means I put a dollar on Carlton, Gold Coast and St. Kilda.  Who knows, maybe the round 23 AFL footy tips will come up with some more surprises. Here’s hoping!

You can see my multi-bet here.

Round 22 AFL Footy Tips

Fortuna’s Round 22 AFL Footy Tips

Fortuna round 22 AFL Footy Tips

Things sure are getting exciting the closer we get to the finals. I can’t believe there’s only two more rounds left before the finals. Fortuna picked 7 right out of the 9 in last weeks tips. Tips that got me another multi-bet win. That’s three in a row!  :drunk: That’s a first for me and the wins have helped to build up my sports betting bankroll!

Let’s see if Fortuna’s round 22 AFL footy tips can make that 4 in a row!

  • Geelong vs Collingwood
  • GWS Giants vs Carlton
  • Hawthorn vs Brisbane
  • Nth. Melbourne vs Western Bulldogs
  • Essendon vs Richmond
  • Gold Coast vs Pt.Adelaide
  • Adelaide vs West Coast
  • St. Kilda vs Sydney
  • Fremantle vs Melbourne

There’s only games that Fortuna’s says is too close to call, the Hawthorn vs Brisbane and the Adelaide vs West Coast games. Even though she’s tipped West Coast to win she reckons the Adelaide Crows can still pull a win out of the hat.

Keeping that in mind I still need to have a look at the odds before working out this weeks Multi-Bet.

Ok, now that I’ve worked out my Multi-Bet I need to pick from my favourite 3 online sports betting sites.

As you can see the odds are pretty close, so I reckon for this weeks Multi-Bet I’ll go with Bet365! Who knows, I may even get to use their sliding cash out feature. You can see my actual bet by clicking on this link.

Yes, unlike most of the sites out there promoting online sports bookies, I actually do use them and don’t just write about them. 😉

Oh, BTW, don’t forget to place your tips in the Million Dollar Tipping competition for your chance to win $10,000!
