Unless you’re a cricket fan you probably can’t stand watching it on TV. Especially Test Cricket which can take up to 5 days! I’ve never been able to watch a complete Test Cricket match in my 56 years of existence. T20 Cricket – Cricket At Its Best

Before T20 Cricket there was no way I could sit in front of the TV to watch cricket. The discovery of T20 Cricket has changed the way I look at cricket. Not enough to make my watch a test match mind you, but enough to get me to sit and actually watch the cricket on TV.

The first game I ever watched was the KFC T20 Big Bash League. That was last nights match where Adelaide Strikers managed to win against Brisbane Heat. Speaking of the Adelaide strikers, I’m happy to announce that they’re actually at the top of the T20 Big Bash League.

 

So, what makes T20 cricket so exciting? It’s because, unlike test cricket, the game only lasts about 3 hours. This means the guys have to go all out to secure a win. It actually becomes a fast paced game. Batsmen are doing their best to score sixes or at leat fours. They take more risks in order to get their runs up.

Bowlers are putting their all into it as well, trying to get the batsmen out or at the very least to minimise their runs.

You get to see some great swings at the ball. Guys sliding into the crease so as not to get out. Sort of like when the slide into home base in Baseball. All in all I thoroughly enjoyed the match. Who knows, I may even bet on a T20 Cricket match.
