AFL Round 15 2017 Results AFL Tipping Slump

All I can say about the AFL Round 15 2017 results is that it looks like our tipping slump is back again. Man what a tipping fiasco! I was hoping to improve on the round 14 results. I certainly didn’t expect the AFL Round 15 2017 results to go backwards by so much. What a load of bullshit. OK, lets have a look at the AFL round 15 2017 results.

If you read the round 15 tips post you’ll notice that I place two bets, one with Bet365 and the other with William Hill. The reason for that was so I could get the best odds. On of the positives of joining more than one online betting site. The first bet was on the Melbourne vs Sydney game. I really expected Melbourne to win. The ABC called it a surprisingly good win for Sydney. Sydney is now one game out of the eight.

Round 15 Controversy: The most controversial event of round 15 would have to be Bugg letting one go at Mills four minutes into the game ending the rest of Mills’ game. This put Sydney down a man and one wonders if in a situation such as that the offending player should also sit out the rest of the game. Certainly would make them think twice before lashing out in such a fashion.

The other bet was on the Gold Coast vs Nth. Melbourne game. Luckily that was a win for me. With one win and one loss for the week I’m down 75 cents. All in all I’m pretty happy with that.

Apart from the my win the other highlight of round 15 would have to be the Crows beating Carlton. Port’s loss put a two game buffer between the two teams. Hopefully the Crows can keep ahead of the Power, I would have to fall behind our dreaded foes.

For the best rundown of the round 15 games I don’t think you can go past the Roars’ article.

Fortuna Round 15 footy tips results

I reckon Fortuna did pretty well getting 6 out of the nine right in her round 15 footy tips. Shit, who would have thought that Port Adelaide would beat Collingwood! Jackson Trengove says the Port Power players picked it up a notch in honour of Phil Walsh who used to be their assistant coach. Nice of them to say that after the win, something that I’m sure the Crows would have loved to do in their game against West Coast.

As you know, even though Fortuna didn’t pick Adelaide as part of her tips, I selected them as the last leg of my Multi-bet. It was more of an emotional bet and I was really hoping the Crows could pull off a win. Partly in honour of Phil Walsh and partly because it would have culminated in a nice win, bet wise. You could tell at the end of the game how disappointed they were in their loss. I’m sure they did all they could to honour Phil Walsh. Unfortunately it wasn’t to be.

bet365 cash out feature

Yes, a win would have been a great tribute, but the fact that they played as well as they did, even after the recent horrific loss of their coach, is a tribute all the same.

As you can tell from my last post my latest multi-bet was a bit of a bummer, getting two out of the four right. I nearly cashed out at $12 but didn’t. The wrong decision and one I made on an emotional level. Reckon I should do a post on how one should keep emotions out of the equation when it comes to sports betting 😉

I’m going to continue to place multicast for a couple of reasons. The first is In minimises my loss allowing my bankroll to last a lot longer. The second is that a multi-bet win is so much more lucrative than your normal bet. I wrote about this in the Biggest Multi-Wins post.
