bet365 Results For World Cup Bet

My bet365 Results For 2014 World Cup Final

Did I not tell you in my last bet of the week that Germany were going to win the 2014 World Cup! The image on the right shows you bet365 results world cupmy bet365 results for the 2014 World Cup wager. You may want to compare that bet365 results with the image on that post. You may notice that even though Germany won the 2014 World Cup I didn’t win anything. It actually turned out to be a losing bet. WTF!

I actually wasn’t surprised because the same thing happened when I placed a bet with Sportingbet. I wrote about it in the post, When A Win Is Not A win. The problem is even though they won they didn’t do it the allotted 90 minutes. They only won after the game went into extra time. Apparently, that does not count. So, that’s 5 bucks down the drain, but then that’s the way things roll in the betting world right.

You may have noticed that even though I got all the other bets wrong those lovely guys at bet365 returned my wagers back. I’m not sure why, but I’m not one to look a gift horse in the mouse. I’m more than happy to take it.

I did do a bit of research though and I did manage to find the following.

World Cup Final News

So, that was my bet365 result for last weeks bet of the week. it’s now time to have a look at what some of the news services have to say about the 2014 World Cup Final.

News.com.au has some brilliant photos. They talk about Messi being named this World Cups best player while German Manuel Neuer was named the tournament’s best goalkeeper! and was given the Golden Glove.

BBC news, rather than report the World Cup German victory has decided to go with a political article. “World Cup. Will German Victory Help Angela Merkel” I don’t want to show my ignorance but I’ve never heard of Angela Merkel and therefore I couldn’t care less if it helped her political career.

I thought that Fox News Latino World Cup Final article was pretty good. But then you kind of expect that from the guys at Fox News. If you didn’t get to actually see the World Cup final you’ll find that the Fox News narrative very informative. I especially liked the way they described the winning goal.
[contentbox bgcolor=’f2f2f2′ border=’999999′ borderwidth=2 flareshadow=400 width=400 left=”yes”]In the 113th minute, he centered the ball perfectly to striker Mario Gotze, who had entered in the 88th minute. Gotze brought the ball down with his chest, and, as he was falling, drilled the ball into the far end of the goal with his left.

One of the prettiest goals you will ever see, on the biggest stage imaginable.[/contentbox]

Just to finish off, I managed to find some Germany vs Argentina 2014 World Cup Final video.

Germany vs Argentina World Cup Final Bet Of The Week

Germany vs Argentina Who Will Win The World Cup

On Monday the 14th of July 2014 at 4:35 AM the last remaining teams will be going head to head in their effort to win a Fifa’s World Cup victory. I just had to make this match of the remaining Titans, Germany vs Argentina, the Bet Of The Week!

In my last Latest News World Cup post I mentioned one news service who predicted mass riots following Brazil’s loss to the Netherlands. I personally didn’t believe it as I thought if it was going to happen it would happen straight after the loss and not after a good nights sleep. After some research I did find this report on Brazil riots after the game. A bit tame as far as riots go if you ask me.

As the Dutch crumble in the early hours of this morning leaving Argentina victorious everyone is trying to work out who to place their germany vs argentinamoney on in the forthcoming World Cup final. It’s going to be a Germany vs Argentina bet of the week! The question is who am I going to back in this weeks bet of the week?

I’ve decided to go with bet365 for this weeks bet of the week. As you can see from the image on the right bet365 is currently offering $2.30 for a German win. $3.25 for a draw and $3.50 for Argentina to win. Now there is no point putting your money on Argentina if you think Germany will win. The fact they have better odds doesn’t mean shit if they lose. Your team needs to win for your bet to pay off.

The New Zealand Herald repots a likely win for a rested Germany. This mornings Argentina vs Netherlands clash was likened to a war. One which has to leave Argentina a victorious albeit weary team. Germany on the other hand won their match against Brazil with relative ease in comparison.

Naturally one needs to keep in mind that this is not the first Germany vs Argentina World Cup final. The first Germany vs Argentina World Cup clash was in 1986. The Argentinians were the winners in that clash. Four years later it was another Germany vs Argentina World Cup final. I’m sure Argentina would have loved a back to back win but this time the Germans were able to snatch the World Cup from the Argentinians grasp.

News.com.au thinks that Messi’s passion to win the World Cup will enough to carry Argentina over the line. They explain why Messi has never been adored by his countrymen as Maradona was. It’s believed that a win on Monday will finally gain their adoration.

According to the Telegraph, Argentina have a slight advantage over Germany in winning the Germany vs Argentina confrontation. This is despite Germany now having the highest scorers in World Cup history with 223 goals. They have some other interesting stats you may want to check out.

You know what though? All this is doing my head in. No matter how much you try to analyse who is going to win we all know it’s anyones game. Shit, I may as well flip a coin. You know what? I think I will do just that. Heads for Argentina and Tails for Germany. After all, it’s a fifty fifty chance. I may as well leave it up to Lady Luck to help me pick a winner in the Germany vs Argentina 2014 World Cup final. Hang on a sec while I find me a coin……………OK, here goes…………It’s Tails. That means that Germany is going to win the 2014 Fifa World Cup.

lady luckOK, now lets have some fun. I don’t think I will go for the Double Chance wager this time round. But I think I will have some fun with trying to get the final correct score for this momentous clash of this years World Cup Titans. Once again, you can check out all the odds in the image above. They show all the odds for the final scores. So, a 2-1 win will pay $9.50. A 3-2 win to Germany pays $41, whereas a 5-0 win will pay $126. If you’re going to back Argentina you’ll notice that 5-0 win for Argentina pays a huge $451! Shit, wouldn’t that be something. 😉

If you’ve been following this blog you’ll remember that as part of my responsible gambling rule I have a $10 limit when placing a bet. Using my trusty bet365 app I’ve placed $5 on Germany to win. That leaves me five bucks to spread around. So, what will be the actual scores in this match. I’m going to place a dollar on a 3-1 win for Germany. Another dollar on a 4-2 win. A dollar on a 1-1, which will mean another penalty shootout. And finally a dollar on 4-0 win. I know that is a big ask for Germany, but then who would have thought that would have a 7-1 win against Brazil? Can you imagine what that would have payed?

So, all my bets have been placed and locked in. Who are you going to back in the final Germany vs Argentina World Cup Final?

There’s still a couple of days left in the Who will win the 2014 World Cup Final: Germany Or Argentina poll.

Nick Kyrgios Beats Nadal Now My Bet Of The Week

Nick Kyrgios played Rafael Nadal in the early hours of an Aussie morning. Many Aussies are weary eyed this morning because they stayed up to watch this remarkable match at Wimbledon. Few would have thought it possible. Even Nick Kyrgios’s own mother did not believe that her son could win against Nadal. Apparently this was enough to fire up the young Aussie even more.

Those who did stay up to watch the match are thanking their lucky stars because they watched one of the best upsets in Wimbledon history. Yep, Nick Kyrgios beat Rafael Nadal in four sets. 7-6 (5) 5-7 7-6 (5) 6-3. Pretty damn good for the up and coming future Aussie tennis star. Especially since he’s only 19 and ranked 144th in the world. For Nick Kyrgios to beat the 14 times grand slam champion is indeed a great feat for the young Aussie.

Nick Kyrgios

I saw some highlights of the game and Nick Kyrgios’ shot between the legs was unbelievable. No wonder so many people are calling it the Shot Of The Year. It just seemed to come so natural to him.

Nick Kyrgios’ between-the-legs winner ‘the shot of the year’

Nick Kyrgios’ strong point is obviously his power serve, enabling him to win 37 aces against Nadal. It was unbelievable! He won the first serve with an ace and won the winning serve with an ace.

Nadal had this to say of Nick Kyrgios, the young Aussie who beat him. Excerpts from the Sydney Morning Herald.

“I fought until the very end.”

“I am not even angry today because I lost the match despite losing my serve only one time. When you have an opponent who serves and hits every ball very strong, you are in trouble.

“I was not able to read his serve during the whole match. Congratulations to him. For me, I am going to go to the beach in Mallorca.”

Reckon Rod Laver is eating his words now after saying that Nick Kyrgios could not win against Nadal.

So, what happens next? Nick Kyrgios’ win means he now goes into a quarter-final match against Canada’s Milos Raonic. Sportingbet’s tennis market has Nick Kyrgios at @2.60 to win. I don’t know about you but that sound like pretty good odds to me. So much so that I think I’ll make Nick Kyrgios my Bet Of The Week. Aussie, Aussie, Aussie, Oi, Oi, Oi!!!

If you want to put some money on Nick, I suggest Sportingbet, that’s what I did.
