AFL Footy Tips Round 3 2016 C’mon Fortuna

AFL Footy Tips Round 3 2016

OK, so Fortuna stuffed up last week with her AFL Tips but then so did most punters and AFL fans. She promised me that she would do a lot better this week. Yeah, right Fortuna, we’ll see. So far her she’s tipped 11 this season.

Lets look at Fortuna’s AFL Footy Tips Round 3 2016.

  • Port Adelaide vs Essendon (Adelaide Oval)
  • St Kilda vs Collingwood (MCG)
  • Richmond vs Adelaide (Etihad)
  • Sydney vs GWS Giants (SCG)
  • Gold Coast vs Carlton (Metricon)
  • West Coast vs Fremantle (Domain)
  • Nth Melbourne vs Melbourne (Blundstone)
  • Western Bulldogs vs Hawthorn (Etihad)
  • Geelong vs Brisbane (Simonds)

All of Fortuna’s tips for AFL Footy Tips Round 3 2016 are naturally the ones highlighted in red.

Before making my picks for my Multi-Bet I need to check the best odds offered by my favourite online sports betting sites.

  1. Bet365 for the best cash out feature.
  2. Sportsbet‘s my favourite app and because they have their Million Dollar Tipping, which is totally free to members. Yep, their Million Dollar Tipping competition is back for 2016. This post shows how you can actually win as long as you get the closest margin!
  3. William Hill, who have been at it for years and are renowned for the best bets.

My Mult-Picks are highlighted in red and as you can see from the table above Sportsbet has the best odds for my multi-bet. To prove that I do more than just promote the online sports betting sites I promote, that I actually use them to place bets you can see proof my bet here.

A win on my $10 bet will return $58.16 because a combined multibet always offers better odds. You can see how the odds are worked out in this post.

The only match I’m worried about is the Western Bulldogs Hawthorn one. I reckon that one will be pretty close which is why I made it the final leg of my MultiBet, so that I can use the CashOut feature if I need to.

So, who are you tipping?

Round 2 AFL Footy Tips 2016

Fortuna’s round 1 footy tips was pretty darn good getting 7 out of 9 correct. You can see her round 1 footy tips here. Lets see how she goes with her Round 2 AFL Footy tips 2016. As this is a sports betting site I will be placing a bet using one of the following popular online sports betting sites.

  1. Bet365 is very popular with punters because of their unique sliding scale feature for cashing out. This cash out feature allows you to choose how much you want to cash out which is great when you’re not sure whether or not you want to cash out at all.
  2. Sportsbet‘s cash out feature doesn’t have the sliding scale but is still very popular with punters. What makes them really popular is their Million Dollar Tipping. Especially because it’s free to members. Yep, their Million Dollar Tipping competition is back for 2016. This post shows how you can actually win as long as you get the closest margin!
  3. William Hill, well they’re William Hill, one of the most renowned online sports betting sites. I’m just hanging out for the day they introduce a cash out feature.

Once I’ve checked the odds offered by these online sports betting sites I’ll choose which one of them will take my money. But before we get to that I need to have a look at Fortuna’s round 2 AFL Footy Tips 2016

Now that I have  Fortuna’s round 2 AFL Footy Tips and the odds from the top 3 online sports betting sites I’ve made my selection for my multi-pick. Once again I’ve gone with Sportsbet because they’ve got the best odds.

The reason for my placing a multibet is because it usually gives you better odds meaning you can win more money. The combined odds for this particular multi-bet is 5.87. This post explains how those odds are worked out. You can see my actual bet here. A multibet win will net me around $38 which isn’t bad for a $10 outlay. With multi bets, unless you get every game wrong, will always return you something which you can use for further bets. This means you sports bankroll lasts that much longer,

Because I’m a member of the Million Dollar Tipping competition I’ve also entered my picks. Just for fun I’ve also placed a buck on that multibet which will net me $16.95 for a win. The best thing about being a Million Dollar Tipping member is that every week I have the chance of winning $10,000! If you’re not a member you should seriously consider joining.

Have you placed your MultiBet yet? Or any bet for that matter?

For some reason Bet365 didn’t have all its bets ready at the time of writing this post. Unfortunately that means I can’t pick them for this weeks multi-bet. It looks like Sportsbet is my tip for this weeks multibet.

When it comes to placing a sports bet I always make sure that I follow my main sports betting rule to never bet more than I can afford to lose. This has always been part of my responsible gambling regime. For me sports betting is all about having fun and to increase the excitement of the sports I love to watch. Multi bets allow me to do that without blowing my betting budget of $10 per week.

For this weeks bet I followed my round 3 NAB Challenge betting tips and placed a dollar on each of my tips. The remaining $4 I placed as a MultiBet. My MultiBet odds were 18.17 and my $4 bet would return $72.68. Add to that  all my individual bets and I’ll win over $82.98. You can see my actual bet here.

In case you’re wondering how they multi bets are worked out this post will explain it all.

What type of bet are you thinking of placing this week?
